NOTHING STOPS ME, ZANDOR!

I shouldn’t have turned on the TV.

I’m rather mentally taxed after rewriting pretty much everything on my website to be XHTML compliant. (Yes, the front page /was/ XHTML compliant yesterday, but my diary, the administration, search, et al, was not.)

I finally cleaned up a few bugs in the oekaki, making it fully HTML 4.01 Transitional. (I took a shot at XHTML after this, but that’s going to be quite a bit of work. More than I want to contend with this morning – still at about 150 parsing errors with XML transitions.)

Anyway, regarding the title: I turned on the TV to find it set to Cartoon Network. A rerun of The Herculoids is on.

The character, Zandor, states “I am going to fire an energy rock at him!” The antagonist gets hit by rubble.
Zandor looks down, “That has stopped him!”. Rumble, rumble. The reddish rock moves.
“Oh, I guess it has not.”, notes our intellectual hero.
“NOTHING CAN STOP ME, ZANDOR!”

I’m going to bed, to slumber peacefully knowing that Zandor is having his wonderful adventures of stating the blinding obvious – and feel better about myself in my ability to spy the plotholes in a nearly fourty year old cartoon written for six year olds.
