I’ve updated my port of Bozotic to MacOS X.
It works with MacOS X 10.2 and 10.3. I’ve still got the ‘fake’ poll included – even though under Panther, Apple’s included one of their own, oddly, a similar emulation to that which I first used, but I found to be slower than the alternative which I have been using. The next port will no longer utilize the pool emulation which I am currently using, but will rely upon the stub included with the Xcode development suite.
My build of XV has been rebuilt under MacOS X 10.3, against static libjpeg 6b, libpng 1.2.5, and libtiff 3.6.0. It requires the dynamic X11 support libraries; as such will most likely only run under MacOS 10.3; it has not been tested against Apple’s X11 Beta for MacOS 10.2.
While I was at it, I opted to update my software page to reflect software which I am still working on, and that which has been superceeded, or is no longer maintained.
