Check this out. This report shows an upgrade from Apache to UrbApache, my own customized revision of Apache I maintained for Urbanite, Inc.
Technically, when I bumped us from Apache 1.3.12 to 1.3.14, I started modifying the Apache header to return information on our modified code base. Being in-house, it was only rolled out unto our own machines, which makes me wonder how it even GOT in this report. ;)
